All orders are shipped on same or following business day.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information by email. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, dimension of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by geek-living.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund ONLY if:
1. Lost – The shipment never arrived and is lost
2. Damaged – The shipment arrived and is damaged
3. We shipped the wrong thing
How To Return An Item
Just email us support@geek-living.com to request a return within 15 days of delivery. NOTE:
1. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) given by us. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
2. Please include the following information in Your message when you contact us:
- Order number
- Names and amounts of the Products that should be returned
