How to Return & Refund?


You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by geek-living.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund ONLY if:

1. Lost – The shipment never arrived and is lost

2. Damaged – The shipment arrived and is damaged

3. We shipped the wrong thing

How To Return An Item

Just email us support@geek-living.com to request a return within 15 days of delivery. NOTE:

1. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) given by us. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of our error.

2. Please include the following information in Your message when you contact us:
-    Order number
-    Names and amounts of the Products that should be returned
