Shipping

Do you support international shipping?

Absolutely! You can select your preferred shipping method based on real-time shipping rate and delivery time.

When do you handle my order?

All Shipments will be handled on following business day, as long as the item is in stock.

How do you ship the goods to me?

We ship via courier service,  depends on your order and location, our system automatically selecte the ideal courier service (USPS, UPS or Fedex) to ship your goods.

How can I track my shipment?

If the shipping method of your order provides tracking you will be able to track your order online. The tracking number can be found from the shipping confirmation email that you have received when the package has been handed to the carrier. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If the shipping method of your order provides tracking you can track the location of your order by using the tracking number that was included in the shipping confirmation email that you have received.

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. In some countries packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch or back yard.

Can I return my order?

Yes, your orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery subject to return policy, email to support@geek-living.com to request return.

Do you make any money from shipping charges?

No, we don’t, we use courier shipping rate calculation, it’s 100% cost to cost.

Is my personal information secured and protected?

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can find SSL sign on the website. Do not make any payment to any website without valid SSL sign.

Billing & Invoicing

Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?

Sure, you will receive your order receipt from support@geek-living.com right after payment is completed, email subject: order receipt

If I don’t have paypal account,  can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we use paypal website payment standard, you can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?

No, not at this moment, we may add this payment method in future

Taxes

Is Sales Tax included in the price?

No, Tax is excluded.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

USA: No

Outside of USA: subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
